Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:

2. Production Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the daily production schedule, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with production planning to optimize workflow and resource allocation.


3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of garments meets established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify and address any quality issues.


4. Training and Development:
- Provide training to sewing floor staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new techniques.
- Identify opportunities for skill development and cross-training within the team.


5. Machine Maintenance:
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure sewing machines are properly maintained and serviced regularly.
- Troubleshoot and address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.


6. Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the materials and inventory team to manage and control raw materials and finished goods inventory on the sewing floor.
- Report any shortages or excesses to the relevant departments for resolution.


7. Communication:
- Effectively communicate production goals, expectations, and updates to the sewing floor team.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any inter-departmental issues or concerns.


This full-time position requires you to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime.
